The Lodge

Eagle Mountain Lodge sits on 40 acres located in the shadow of Wheeler Peak, New Mexico’s highest mountain.  At 8,400 ft. elevation, the lodge has panoramic views of the Moreno Valley, Eagle Nest Lake, Angel Fire Ski Resort, and Mounts Baldy and Touch-Me-Not. The abundant wildlife,elk, deer, eagles, horned owls, mexican brown bats, bob-cats, black bear, coyotes, ravens, rabbits, squirrels, and chipmunks, all greet you with the amazing diversity of God’s creation. The majestic mountain views and the endless blue sky inspire you to give thanks for what God has placed here just for you.

With suite type accommodations for couples or small groups with shared units up to 10, Eagle Mountain Lodge is a wonderful place to come for a few days or a week or two.  Each suite has a mini-kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils and dishes for guest in-room food preparations. All bedding,towels and bath supplies are furnished. All units will have stairs for accessibility.

Nearby local restaurants provide delicious dining with a New Mexico flare.  The towns of Red River, Taos, Angel Fire, Eagle Nest, and Santa Fe are only a few scenic miles away from the lodge.  Golf, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, and tennis are all available in the area. Although, just sitting quietly and drinking in God’s creation will refresh both body and soul.

Eagle Mountain Lodge is open from June through October. Accommodations are by reservation. The Lodge is operated as a ministry based on suggested donation. For individuals, a $30 per person per night is suggested. For couples, a $40 per unit per night is suggested. A one time$25 per unit cleaning donation is requested upon departure. Eagle Mountain Lodge is operated as an adult oriented ministry. The facility is geared to adults desiring a quiet space for rest and restoration.
