About Us
Charles and Jamie Wilson have had a love affair with Northern New Mexico for three decades.
The cool fresh summer days and the colorful autumn leaves have attracted this Texas bred couple back to the Sangre De Cristo mountains annually. As a Family with three children, the Wilsons have shared a white Christmas together for as long as they can remember. Upon turning a half century in years, Charles and Jamie answered God’s call to build a lodge to give those who minister to others a place to rest and restore the flame of faith God has given these servants of God’s people.
Charles and Jamie want to provide a quiet, comfortable place for people to come and relax in the beauty and power of God’s creation in the mountains, trees, streams, and lakes that surround Eagle Mountain Lodge. To be host and hostess to those God sends is the desire of Charles and Jamie. Loving people with the peace God gives in the place God has provided is the goal to which the Wilsons now ascribe. With Jamie at his side, Charles serves as chaplain for the Angel Fire /Moreno Valley Volunteer Fire Departments and EMS Departments. Charles and Jamie are active in ministering through their local Church. But God’s answer to their prayer to serve has found fulfillment in their lodge ministry. As a nondenominational ministry, especially for clergy, missionaries, and small church and para church groups up to 10.
Charles and Jamie welcome each one to find God’s gift of rest and restoration and direction.
